BSP
In Meta documentation, partners are entities that deploy value-added solutions as authorized WhatsApp service providers on behalf of clients. The current official name is Solution Partner (the market still says BSP): a Meta partner that provides full platform services (messaging, billing, integration, and support) and may extend a line of credit to a client.
