Which of your automations are actually worth paying for?
Send us a read-only export of your run history. In three working days you get one page: what sits idle, which few automations carry the volume, what moving them to n8n would cost, and a plain verdict for each one: keep, switch off or migrate.
How it works
Three steps, no call needed to start.
You send an export
We send a one-page guide showing where to find the run history in Zapier or Make, and which three billing numbers we need.
We analyse it
Which automations did not run, which fail often, which few carry most of the volume, and what each costs you today.
You get one page
A verdict for each automation, the yearly effect of acting on it, and a twenty-minute walkthrough. Within three working days of receiving your export.
If moving to n8n pays back
Only then do we quote a migration, as a fixed price in writing.
What we do
- Set up n8n on a server in your own cloud account
- Rebuild the busiest automations, one at a time
- Run old and new side by side before switching
- Keep the old automation off but intact for two weeks
- Hand over the workflows, a runbook and tested backups
- Optional monthly care: upgrades, alerts, fixes
What we will not do
- Promise a saving before we have seen your numbers
- Ask for your app passwords or customer data
- Host your automations on our own servers
- Push a migration that does not pay back
- Lock you in: you own the server and the workflows
Questions
Do you need access to my Zapier or Make account?
No. You send an export of run history, a CSV or JSON file, plus three numbers from your billing page. We ask for run metadata only: no customer data and no passwords.
How far back does the report look?
Zapier keeps run data for roughly one to two months, so the report covers that window and says so. Figures taken straight from your export are marked as measured. Anything we model, such as the cost on n8n, is marked as an estimate with its assumption.
Will you promise a saving?
No. We do not promise a saving before we have seen your numbers. If moving the busiest automations to n8n does not pay back in a reasonable time, we tell you to keep them where they are.
Where does n8n run if we migrate?
On a server in your own cloud account. You pay the cloud bill and hold the keys; we set it up, harden it, configure backups and hand over a runbook. We do not host your automations on our own servers.
We already run n8n. Can you work on it?
Yes. Start by giving us an n8n API key. We ask for SSH access only if a task needs it, through a dedicated user you can remove at any time. Without server access we do not offer monthly care, because we cannot guarantee uptime.
What does it cost?
Describe your setup and we reply in writing. The audit scope and any migration are quoted as a fixed price before work starts. Submitting a request is not a purchase and does not commit either side.
Who runs this?
The Otomatzia team at Tiger Media Ltd, the operator of this site. Your export is used only for your audit. Questions: info@otomatzia.com.
