In business automation
A workflow describes the path from an event to an outcome: input, conditions, actions, and exceptions. It can be entirely deterministic or include a defined AI step; not every workflow needs an agent making open-ended decisions.
Examples
These examples illustrate a possible workflow. Adapt the connections and rules to your own systems.
Business process example
A quote request arrives through a form, is checked, and is saved in the CRM. A request in the service category is routed to a salesperson; an unsuitable request is saved for review with the reason, rather than disappearing.

- Connect nodes into a process with triggers, conditions, and actions that can be inspected for each run.
What to check
- Define failure and partial-completion states too. A green run status does not prove that the customer received service.
