Overview
Instead of copying details between systems, define a trigger in Zoho Flow and the actions that follow it. The visual builder lets you map fields and split the flow based on data. When a ready-made connection is not enough, you can use Webhooks and Deluge functions. This is a separate integration product from Zoho CRM: it handles data transfer and action scheduling between the applications involved in a workflow.
Features
- Visual builder for mapping information and connecting actions
- Triggers from applications, messages, and Webhook events
- Conditions and custom functions in the Deluge language

- Run the same event again to make sure it does not create a duplicate record.
