Overview
The integration is useful when data is already in a form or application and you want to transfer it into a document. Keep a link between the agreement identifier in your system and the request in the signing service. Delivery to the recipient, opening, and signing are different statuses, and you should decide which one triggers the next workflow step. Also test a document sent to the wrong person and then canceled so you understand how your system displays the status.
