Build a morning AI news brief with You.com, Jev, and n8n
In a guest post on the n8n blog, an engineer from You.com presents a workflow that runs every weekday at 8 a.m. It searches for AI news from the past day with the verified You.com node, skips articles that already appeared in a previous run, and has TypeSafe's Jev model rate each article by importance at a cost of about $0.00004 per article. Only what passes the importance threshold is grouped by topic, You.com Research writes a short summary with sources, and the result is sent to Slack. On a topic with no real news, no message is sent at all. The template is available for free and works on both n8n Cloud and a self-hosted install.
