Israeli startup Coldi runs AI voice agents that make the first sales call and hand hot leads to people

Coldi, an Israeli startup founded in 2025 by Or Goldshmidt and Ilia Ronin, runs a managed voice AI platform for outbound and inbound phone campaigns, as reported by CTech. It targets regulated, high-volume calling sectors such as brokers, fintech, insurance and debt collection. Its agents qualify leads, re-engage old ones, call back customers who dropped off during onboarding, book meetings and live-transfer hot prospects to a human salesperson. The company says it does not sell a toolkit that clients must assemble themselves, but delivers the whole system: agents in more than 30 languages, telephony, CRM and calendar integrations, campaign management and quality monitoring. Clients start with a paid pilot and then pay per minute of usage plus a support fee. In September 2026 Coldi launched Hebrew in production with its first Israeli customers. The company has raised $500,000 to date and has 15 employees.
