Make launches Process Intelligence to show teams what to automate next
At Waves '26 in Prague, Elena Desiati, AI Product Manager at Make, introduced Process Intelligence, built on Celonis Process Intelligence technology. It has two parts. Task Mining records how teams actually work on the desktop and in the browser (through a Chrome extension) and uses AI to group those actions into tasks and subtasks, so you can see which tasks repeat most, how long they take and where work waits. Process Mining builds a live map of how work runs across systems, AI agents and people from event data in systems of record, and lets you ask in natural language, for example why a case is delayed. An Automation Opportunities view lists the scenarios worth building, with their monthly manual runs and how well an AI agent would fit, and Build with Maia starts building them. On privacy, the organization chooses which apps are in scope and what is captured, text input and screenshots are off, usernames are hashed, filtering happens on the employee's computer, and employees can see what is captured and pause it. For now there is a waitlist, and the post gives no general availability date.
