Claude now works with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Anthropic launched in public beta Claude for Google Workspace for all paid plans: an add-on that opens in a sidebar inside the document, spreadsheet or presentation, reads the file and what you have selected, and makes changes directly in the file. At the same time, connectors for Docs, Sheets and Slides were released in beta that let Claude create and edit Google files from the chat, according to the existing sharing permissions. In the default mode every edit waits for your approval, and you can switch to a mode that applies all changes automatically.
