Choice: Providing information is voluntary. Required details are needed to process your request. This consent does not authorize marketing messages.
Service providers: Technical processors act on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Notion (request and customer management), and n8n (automation on a Tiger Media-operated server). Some process data outside Israel, including Europe and the United States. Information is not sold or forwarded to directory providers, except where disclosure is legally required.
Retention: Closed requests and attached files are deleted from the website system 90 days after closure. Email and Notion copies are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Consent evidence is retained as needed to demonstrate consent. You may request earlier deletion.
Your rights: You may request access and correction or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated information under sections 13 and 14 of Israel's Privacy Protection Law.
