How Otomatzia handles project requests, AI conversations, analytics, retention and your privacy choices.

Who is responsible
Otomatzia is operated by Tiger Media Ltd (טייגרמדיה בע״מ), Israeli company registration 516171287. Tiger Media is the controller of information submitted through this site. Postal address: HaShahar Tower, 4 Ariel Sharon Street, floor 25, Givatayim, Israel. Contact info@otomatzia.com for privacy questions and requests. This policy describes the English edition. External websites have their own policies.
Who receives your request
Project requests go to the Otomatzia team at Tiger Media only. Tiger Media provides automation services itself and may respond with its own proposal. We do not forward requests to specialists listed in the directory, sell your information, or distribute it as leads. Technical service providers process information on our behalf to operate the service. To contact a listed specialist, use the link to its own website.
Information you choose to provide
A project request collects your contact details and a description of your business needs, together with any optional information you provide. A specialist submission collects business information for review and possible publication, and contact information for clarification. Contact details supplied for review are not automatically published. Correction reports and privacy enquiries collect the information you send us to investigate and respond. Providing information is voluntary, but required fields are needed to process a request. Browsing does not require submitting a request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, sensitive information or information about other people without authority.
Consent and its record
Forms explain their purpose, processing, retention and your choices. The consent checkbox is not selected in advance. With a submission we record its receipt time, notice version, purpose and a hash of the wording accepted. A privacy enquiry can be sent by email or post without accepting the site terms. Consent to a project request does not constitute marketing consent.
AI project conversation
Before your first message to the project assistant, you must explicitly accept the notice. Each message you send is immediately processed by Google AI outside Israel to generate questions and a draft summary, even if you never submit the final request. The initial consent also covers submitting the request at the end of the conversation. You can review and edit the summary before submitting it. You can instead use the non-AI project form. The English edition does not load the floating Tigerchat widget used on the Hebrew site.
Technical service providers and international processing
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, Resend for email delivery, Notion for enquiry and customer management, and n8n on a server operated by Tiger Media to transfer information between systems. Google AI processes messages when you choose the AI conversation. Optional Google Analytics processes usage data only after you allow analytics in the English edition. Some service providers store or process information outside Israel, including Europe and the United States. We may disclose information where legally required. International transfers are subject to applicable law.
Technical information and optional analytics
Service infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, page addresses and browser information to provide and secure the website. A one-way identifier is used for request limiting. Google Analytics is optional on English pages and loads only after you allow it. It measures visits and interactions such as following a specialist website link or completing a project request. Google may process cookie identifiers, IP addresses and device information outside Israel. We do not send form values, conversation contents, contact details, calculator data or receipt identifiers as analytics events. Query strings and fragments are removed from measured page addresses, and sensitive personal service routes are excluded. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Microsoft Clarity is disabled. Retention and deletion
A closed enquiry, its attachments and copies of messages in the website system are deleted 90 days after closure. Open enquiries require review of the continuing need for retention. Email and Notion copies are retained for up to 24 months after your last contact, then deleted, unless you become a customer and longer retention is legally required. You may request earlier deletion. Consent records are retained for as long as needed to demonstrate consent. Copies held by service providers and backups require separate handling. Deleting browser data does not delete server records. Deletion requests are considered in light of applicable law and retention needs, with an explanation of the decision.
Your choices and rights
Under sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may request access to your information and correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. You may also request deletion for another reason, removal of a listing, or withdrawal of consent to continued use. Deletion is not an absolute right. Other mandatory rights may apply depending on your circumstances. Email info@otomatzia.com or write to our postal address. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary; do not attach an identity document to your first message.
Marketing, security and changes
Submitting a form is not consent to promotional messages. We do not currently offer newsletter signup. Any future marketing consent will be separate and optional. No system offers absolute security; provide only information necessary for your request. Material changes in processing purposes will be accompanied by notice and consent where required, and will not retrospectively expand a previous consent.
Other editions and paid services
The Hebrew edition has its own privacy and cookie notices and includes services not offered in this English release. The English project request is not a paid assessment purchase and has no international checkout. If you choose a separately offered paid service, its provider identity and applicable terms will be given before you enter an agreement.
